WRAITH DYNAMICS is expanding into a larger platform.

We now have the 39 mm collet required to securely hold the larger-diameter material used for our upcoming Bravo HUB / D-Cell components. This gives our shop the workholding capability needed to begin developing the next family of WRAITH products.

There is one more machine-side problem to solve before production begins: the lathe geartrain needs to be upgraded for 24 TPI threading. That work is underway.

The new D-Cell line will also occupy a very different place in the WRAITH catalog than our smaller platforms. These components are being developed specifically around rifle-caliber applications, where material selection and durability become increasingly important.

For that reason, there will be no aluminum version.

WRAITH D-Cell components will be manufactured exclusively in titanium and steel.

The 39 mm collet pictured here represents a deceptively important step. Larger components demand larger workholding, different tooling, a revised geartrain, and ultimately a different manufacturing process. We're building that capability in-house rather than rushing a product to market before the shop is ready to make it correctly and consistently.

Bravo is coming.
